The Ways we can help in a corporate team setting
An Engineering Career Can Bring Hope
Jacob Dingilian, Ph.D.
A career in Engineering or Science can bring a sense of satisfaction and hope that I am contributing and making a difference in a lasting way. Here are some of the insights that I have come across.
"Create hope!"
"I know the more creative I am, the more people will question whether I can deliver what I promise. I welcome that challenge."
"I am an engineer because this is how I would like to earn an income. There is no other way that I would want."
“I have the satisfaction that what I say or accomplish do not depend on what others think of me or my work.”
“I am not afraid of tackling any technical challenge because I know I can find a solution regardless of how often I fail.”
“When I create a tangible solution to a problem, I know that I made a lasting difference because something new was created.”
“I have the satisfaction at the end of the day that what I did was correct and based on scientific and engineering principles known at the time. That is an accomplishment that no one can take away from me.”
"I don't need other's continuous praise to know that I am doing a good job."
I am sure there are other hopeful views that many would appreciate hearing about them.
